First American Cohort of Yoatzot Certified
This summer Nishmat graduated its tenth cohort of nine women in Israel and first cohort of five women in the USA.

Lauren Levin, England's first ever official yoetzet halacha led a seminar on “Women’s Health and Halacha” at Finchley Synagogue in July. The keynote speaker was veteran yoetzet Dr. Deena Zimmerman (pictured above). The event attracted over 150 participants and topics ranged from pregnancy to domestic abuse to contraception. |
