Nishmat's Miriam Glaubach Center Yoatzot Halacha in North America brings the expertise of Yoatzot Halacha to communities across the United States and Canada.
The Glaubach Center's mission:
- To institutionalize the role of women as halachic consultants in North America.
- To make available programming and resources based on the expertise of yoatzot halacha.
- To give women across North America a dynamic resource for effective halachic solutions that respond to the needs of women, with dignity, discretion and confidentiality.

Atara is also Yoetzet Halacha of The Manhattan Yoetzet Halacha Program serving Congregation Kehilath Jeshurun, Lincoln Square Synagogue, Fifth Avenue Synagogue, The Jewish Center, The New York Synagogue, Kehilat Rayim Ahuvim, Congregation Orach Chaim, Congregation Shearith Israel and Congregation Ramath Orah.

November 21-22, Massachusetts - Yoetzet Halacha Tova Ganzel will speak in Sharon, on Shabbat, and at a women's learning group in Cambridge on Motzei Shabbat.
November 21-22, Manhattan - Launch of The Manhattan Yoetzet Halacha Program. Yoetzet Halacha Atara Eis will be on staff at nine prominent synagogues, including Congregation Kehilath Jeshurun, Lincoln Square Synagogue, Fifth Avenue Synagogue, The Jewish Center, The New York Synagogue, Kehilat Rayim Ahuvim, Congregation Orach Chaim, Congregation Shearith Israel and Congregation Ramath Orah. Atara will assist the synagogue rabbis by advising women on sensitive issues of Taharat Hamishpacha and health, and will offer monthly programs on a wide array of women's health and Halacha topics.
Atara will be spending the Shabbat of November 21-22 on the upper west side of Manhattan. She will speak Friday evening at an Oneg Shabbat in conjunction with Lincoln Square Synagogue, Shabbat morning at Kehilat Rayim Ahuvim, and at Seudah Shlishit at The Jewish Center.
December 6-7, Manhattan - Yoetzet Halacha Atara Eis will be spending the Shabbat on the upper east side of Manhattan. Stay tuned for details!
