Obtaining a calendar

in america there is a womans calendar mde available by mikvah.org is there one availabe in israel?

Mikvah.org, a Chabad organization, will mail its calendar to Israel.  There are also Chabad calendars put out by Rabbi Yerucham Fishel Jacobs, Kfar Chabad, Israel 011/972-3-9607-402 rabbij@bezeqint.net.  Please note that there are differences between Chabad calculations and the practices of other communities.

Another, non-Chabad, calendar can be ordered through JME INTERNATIONAL POB 43206 Jerusalem 91431 Israel Tel/Fax: 08-974-1030.  In the past, the Rabbanut has published a calendar, which may be available through your mikvah.

A skilled kallah teacher can teach you how to use a standard calendar for niddah purposes.  It is advisable to review the laws of Onot Perishah before beginning to use any calendar.
