Not a betulah

Does the wording on the Ketubah change for a non-vigin balat teshuva. My Kallah has not been previously married, but she is not a virgin and I am unclear whether the wording for the Ketubah will change. Are there any other differences halachically in the ceremony/wedding. I understand that she may or may not be in niddah after the first night (needs to be checked).
Thank you,

Dear questioner,

Thank you for your question.

As long as the chatan knows that his kallah is not a virgin, he may accept a ketubah with the language and financial terms of a virgin.  There is no other implication for the ceremony or marriage unless you are a kohen and she had relations with a non-Jew (in which case, please write back).

Your kallah will proceed with the standard process of becoming tehorah prior to the wedding.  You will not have to separate after the first time you have relations. She will be niddah when she gets her period next, and only then act according to all the laws of niddah.
