No privacy for relations

I will be out of town with my husband and 12 year old daughter when I have to go to the mikva. We are all staying in one hotel room so there will be no relations between me and my husband. Should I still go to the mikva? Or wait the few days until we are back home?

Dear questioner,

Thank you for your question.

It is preferable to immerse on time, even if relations are not possible, in order to permit physical contact such as hugging and kissing. If there are other factors that will make a timely immersion difficult, then you may delay your immersion until you return home.
