Obtaining a diaphragm in Jerusalem
My rav said I could use a diaphragm for birth control for a certain amount of time. Where can I get one fitted, and where can I obtain one? I'm in Jerusalem. Thank you!

You can get a diaphragm fitted by a gynecologist, including the following (this list may not be comprehensive):

Once you are fitted and have a prescription, you can obtain a diaphragm at:
