Guest room with one bed

Question:

We are going to stay somewhere, and I know we will only have one large bed…we are too embarrassed to ask for two beds, and my wife will definitely be a niddah…any suggestions.


Answer:

You might want to find out if there is a couch in the bedroom as well.  We have seen very compact and comfortable inflatable mattresses that can be easily inflated and deflated with an electric pump (or, with a bit more effort, with a hand pump).  This might be a worthwhile investment if you will be away for a while.  If it is only a night or two, consider bringing a sleeping bag.
