Asking Halachic Questions

In every area of halachic observance, questions arise that require rabbinic consultation. For couples observing the laws of niddah and mikveh, these questions can be particularly sensitive.

Sometimes, a bedikah cloth or a stained undergarment needs to be evaluated by a rabbi to determine whether a woman is niddah, or whether she can continue counting her seven blood-free days. Other questions may involve sharing information that would usually be considered private.

This section includes information on how and why to ask halachic questions.
