Forgot to switch to white
30 April, 2018
Question:I am just getting over the flu and a bit "out of it". I am doing the bedikos (all fine) and did the hefsek and moch (fine), but I totally forgot to switch to white underwear. I am five days into the 7 clean days. Do I have to do anything special other than start wearing white right now? Thank you!
Answer:If one forgot to wear white underwear during the clean days (or there was none available, etc.) the clean days are still valid.
Therefore, you may continue with your original count and you don't have to do any additional steps even though you forgot white underwear during the first 5 clean days.
Please feel free to get back to us with any further questions.
