Colors other than yellows and whites on a bedikah need to be evaluated by a Rabbi.
Even if there were no other stains during the rest of the day or on your afternoon bedikah, you would still need to bring your morning bedikah to a Rabbi to see if it is acceptable.
If you no longer have the bedikah to bring to be evaluated, unfortunately you cannot assume that it was acceptable because orange is often a problematic color. Your afternoon bedikah counts as a new hefsek taharah, and the following day will be your new day one of shivah neki'im.
If you do have your bedikah to bring for evaluation, you should do so at your earliest convenience. In the meantime, you should have in mind that if that bedikah was ok, then you are continuing your original count, but if it was not ok, then your afternoon bedikah counts as a new hefsek, and the next day will be day one of your new count of shivah neki'im.
