Lemon juice remedy for staining

22 March, 2010

Question:

This is a comment that I hope others will find as useful as I did. After suffering with stains at age 46, I tried taking Progesterone, but I found it had negative side effects. I asked a nutritionist and expert in Chinese medicine and healing for a recommendation of what to do. He recommended drinking the juice of a lemon squeezed with hot water. After drinking this for a day or two all stains stopped and I was completely clean. The drink has also helped to get a couple of extra days to my cycle, but does not hold off a full period (i.e. 22 days instead of 19 days). I hope this suggestion will help others.
