Aquatic exercise in pregnancy during Nine Days

Question:Hello. I am currently 8 months pregnant b”h and it has been a physically difficult pregnancy. The only relief I’ve been able to get is by doing exercises in the pool – range of motion, stretching, squats, etc., and swimming. Am I allowed to continue to do this during the 9 days? If I skip even just a couple of days right now, I see a significant difference in my overall pain and tightness.

It is permissible to exercise in the pool during the Nine Days (though not on Tisha B’Av) if it is important for your health and is difficult to exercise otherwise.
