We follow the position that blood found within 48 hours of an IUD removal may be attributed to trauma and disregarded. In addition, stains found on pantyliners may also be disregarded as it is a surface not susceptible to tum’ah.
Therefore, you were not rendered niddah from the initial bleeding.
Stains found on white underwear may be disregarded as long as each of the individual stains are smaller than a gris (approximately the size of a US dime).
Based on your description you were not rendered niddah and remain tehorah. We strongly advise wearing colored underwear or disposable pantyliners, and waiting at least a few seconds (ideally, fifteen seconds) after urinating before wiping, in order to disregard any further staining.
See our article on stains for more details.
