This is not a contraceptive product, so as long as there is no medical contraindication for use, the main halachic question that arises is whether there is a constraint on women cleaning out semen following sexual relations. There are grounds to permit removing semen for comfort, even with a dripstick.
Blood found on a dripstick may make a woman niddah, so we would recommend being gentle and perhaps disposing of the dripstick without looking at it.
