Norethindrone acetate & vesatot

Question:

If I am taking norethindrone acetate (a form of progesterone) to postpone a period, do I still need to do bedikos on “vestos”?

Answer:

If you do not have prior experience with using norethindrone acetate to delay your period, you should perform a bedikah at least on your onah beinonit.

If you have successfully used norethindrone acetate at least three times to delay your period, you need not observe your vesatot while taking it.
