U’mezena Menucha: Program Helping Women with OCD

Does this sound familiar?

Observing the laws of taharat hamishpacha is turning into a cycle of endless bedikot, overlong mikveh preparations, or other obsessive behaviors. You are plagued by consuming doubts and ongoing uncertainty or guilt that you are doing something wrong. Instead of a sense of closure and fulfillment, you feel pressured and worn out, with the details of taharat hamishpacha becoming a source of stress, anxiety, or obsessive concern.

We are here to help you find a calmer, healthier approach.

Nishmat’s Yoatzot Halacha are launching an innovative program supporting women who suffer from OCD related to taharat hamishpacha, with a unique combination of professional therapy and personalized halachic guidance.

With a focused and personalized plan, we will learn and practice together how to restore balance, distinguish between halacha and intrusive doubt, and bring calm back into your observance of taharat hamishpacha.

🔹 Program: 3 to 4 months of sessions with a therapist and a Yoetzet Halacha
🔹 Where: Flexible options, including in-person and remote therapy
🔹 Languages: Currently available in either Hebrew or English
🔹 Cost: 250 NIS per session (subsidized thanks to our supporters)

The number of spots in the pilot program is limited.

We encourage you to fill out the form below to schedule an introductory meeting, in which we will build a strategy tailored to your needs. You privacy is our priority, and all information will remain fully confidential.

“Yoatzot Halacha don’t just respond to niddah questions, they open up conversations that help women navigate the intersection between health, halacha, and their personal lives.”

Rabbanit Atara Eis, Dean of Nishmat & Yoatzot Halacha Programs
