I recently got an iud and soon I need to do a hefsek. I'm extremely nervous that when I go in and turn the strings will get moved and possibly move the iud out of place. Please advise, thank you.

It is extremely unlikely that your hefsek taharah or bedikot will dislodge the IUD. However, you can perform the hefsek and bedikot gently and slowly to allay your concern.
