Your husband may listen to you playing the keyboard unless he finds it arousing. According to some authorities, a husband should not listen to his wife's singing while she is niddah, but this does not extend to instrumental music.

All the halachic restrictions of niddah apply until you have immersed in the mikveh; there is no difference between "niddah days" and shivah neki'im.
