Lost my veset calendar

Question

I have lost my file with my vestos/onos and therefore I cannot figure out my onas haflaga. Sometimes it is 45 days and other times it is 42. They are very random and I dont remember the last one. How should I proceed?

I wanted to thank you for this wonderful website. It is a great resource and all the information is laid out very clearly.

Answer

Thank you for your compliment.

This cycle you will not observe the yom hahaflagah because you are not sure of your last interval. We recommend paying attention to any premenstrual symptoms around the time you are expecting your period, and being cautious regarding relations at that time.

Note that if three times consecutively your interval was 32 days or more, you also would not have to keep onah beinonit and yom hachodesh.
