Thank you for reaching out. This is an important question, since most gynecologists have not received proper training in how to fit a diaphragm, and getting fitted correctly is very important for the efficacy of the diaphragm.

Some of the nurses or midwives who fit diaphragms sell them as well. Otherwise, a diaphragm can be ordered online or purchased at certain pharmacies, depending on what type of diaphragm you want to purchase. There are three types of diaphragms available in Israel: Milex, Singa, and Caya. We recommend you discuss the differences between them with the medical professional who does the fitting.
