Question

I just had all the remaining bandages, etc., removed after a recent operation but there are still inkmarks from the preoperation preparation. Can I use the mikvah?

Answer

Whatever remains after soaking in the tub and a gentle scrubbing is halachically insignificant, as it is absorbed into the skin and doesn't have substance of its own.
