I did a hefsek tahara and moch dachuk this evening. The hefsek tahara was fine but I forgot about the moch dachuk until I was showering, at which point it got completely wet in the shower when I removed it. There was discharge on the cloth of a pale yellow colour, which is completely fine, but do I need to be concerned that a not Kosher colour may have been washed away by the water in the shower and thus that the moch may not have been ok after all?

It may be relevant to note that this bleeding has been intermittent and so a clean hefsek a few days ago was followed the next morning by bleeding.
