Am I allowed to use a four-sided buffing block before Mikva?

It has surfaces for “smoothing,” “evening out,” “buffing,” and “shining” the nail.

Answer

Yes, you may use the buffing block. It does not create a chatzitzah because nothing external is being added onto the nail.
