Those who are concerned with use of conditioner prior to mikveh would likely not distinguish between a 2-in-1 product and a standard conditioner.
We follow the view that it is permissible for a woman to use a standard conditioner (not a heavy leave-in type) prior to immersion, so long as she rinses it off as part of her preparations.
