Fertility tracking methods

Question

What method or device do you recommend for non hormonal fertility tracking to be used in conjunction with spermicide and the diaphragm? I have looked into “Daysy” but it is expensive, so I am curious if you know of any other products that could help me learn more about fertile days and so on.

Answer

We’re sorry, but we can’t recommend any one specific tracking service. In general, it is most effective to learn the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) with an experienced practitioner. Once someone has learned the method well, she can use a range of methods (including inexpensive pen and paper) for tracking her cycle
