As long as the lotions used for the procedure are cleaned off thoroughly (as is standard), a woman can use the mikveh afterward.

However, it’s usually recommended cosmetically to let at least 24 hours pass prior to having water come in contact with the lashes after a lash lift. This should be taken into account when planning the timing of a lift, mikveh preparations, and immersion.
