Permanent jewelry hand chain

Hi! Would getting a permanent jewelry hand chain be a problem for mikveh? It would not be tight against my skin.

It is customary to remove all jewelry prior to immersion, and it is also preferable not to have jewelry on the hand for netilat yadayim. So it would be best to get a hand chain of a style that could be removed. If there is a very compelling reason to specifically get a permanent hand chain, then it would be permissible to immerse and to perform netilat yadayim with the chain on.
