If, for your last three consecutive cycles, you began your flow on the fourth morning
after stopping active pills, then you have a
veset kavua for the fourth day, daytime
onah. That means that relations are permitted the night before.
Since this is a
veset kavua, if you forget or omit the
bedikah during the
onah for any reason, relations are forbidden even after the
onah ends, until you perform a
bedikah.
You are released from observing other
veset days, unless your pattern changes, and then you will have
additional vesatot to observe.
