Hi, I just got a clean hefsek after a C Section. However, the waistline on all of my white underwear rests directly on my incision and is really painful. The special high-waisted underwear I bought for recovery is all colored. Is it OK for me to wear the colored recovery underwear during the 7 nekiim?
