Your next step depends on your niddah status. If your renewed staining made you niddah, then you will have to observe the full five day wait (starting from when you became niddah) followed by seven clean days and another immersion. If it did not make you niddah, no further measure is necessary to resume relations.

Although some staining around the time of ovulation is fairly common, significant bleeding and new patterns deserve medical evaluation.
