Rectal prolapse

Question

I was wondering if you could guide me? I’m a mother of bh 8 children. Recently my doctor informed me I have a rectal prolapse. I’m trying to do bedikot but I found stool on one bedika, and on mostly on my underwear. What can I do?
They are not red at all but don’t know how to proceed. I really don’t feel comfortable discussing this with a Rav.

Answer

If you are sure that the stains are fecal matter (based on color, smell, etc.), then they don’t invalidate your bedikot. You may wear disposable pantyliners during the clean days for hygiene purposes and stains found on the pantyliners may be disregarded.
