Onot calculations are generally based on the onset of flow, even when a
stain comes earlier. Thus, you should calculate your next
onot from the
onah last night, when you did the
bedikah.
However, if your stain was a
niddah stain, then you did not uproot your previous
interval.
If you still have the stain, you should have it
evaluated. If it did make you
niddah (or if you no longer have the stain), then you will observe, in
addition to your other
onot next month, your previous interval. If it did not make you
niddah, then the previous interval has been uprooted.
