Question

As far as staining vs. a flow, is there any difference in staining that lasts a few days vs. staining that is one time? Or as long as it doesn't meet the criteria for a flow you are ok?

Answer

Even when staining continues over the course of a few days, that duration does not in itself give staining the status of a flow. The laws of stains continue to apply unless the nature of the bleeding changes.
