We follow the position that stains found on disposable pantyliners may be disregarded, even during the seven clean days. That being said, pantyliners should only be used during the clean days if you are experiencing difficulty getting through the clean days due to staining, or if you experience heavy discharge and need a pantyliner for comfort reasons.
