Our current rabbinic supervisor, Rav Kenneth Auman, rules that if a woman waited at least a few seconds after urinating before wiping, she may disregard discharge she sees on the toilet paper (see more
here). Therefore, you do not need to worry about what you saw and should continue the
clean days as planned.
(Note that, in general, pink is a
niddah color. However, pale pink needs to be evaluated under good lighting – preferably daylight, in the shade. Various types of artificial light can make colors seem either more or less reddish than they would appear in sunlight. See more
