Does disposable underwear (made from the same material as pads) have the same status regarding stains as feminine hygiene pads?

Answer

Disposable underwear are considered a surface that is not susceptible to tum'ah (ritual impurity), similar to disposable pantyliners. As such, stains found on disposable underwear may be disregarded and do not render a woman niddah.
