Each mikveh in Israel works a little differently. Most do not require appointments – although it depends on the size of the community – and provide the essentials (some provide much more). The cost is in the vicinity of 30-40 shekels (around $10 US) if you prepare at the mikveh. The cost if you prepare at home is about 15 shekels.
