Hello. I am not niddah at the moment, but have been spotting lately. I am careful to only wear coloured underwear. I had quite a wet stain this morning on my black underwear and used a toilet paper tissue to wipe it off, only to notice a small red stain on the tissue (smaller than a dime). I wanted to know if that could render me niddah? Thank you very much.

A stain on colored undergarments does not make a woman niddah. A stain found via transfer from another surface, such as you describe with the toilet paper, does not make a woman niddah.
Therefore, based on what you write, the small red stain on the tissue did not make you niddah.
