Question

What is the Halacha with going to the Mikva this motzei Shabbat (tisha be'av). Does the fact that it's a nidcheh make a difference?

Answer

A woman may not go to mikveh on Tisha B'Av night, since relations are prohibited. This is the case even in years like this one, when the fast is postponed (nidcheh) to the tenth of Av and observed on Saturday night and Sunday. Thus, mikvaot will be closed Motzaei Shabbat and immersion is delayed to Sunday night.
