Question

Can I get a wax on chol hamoed pesach in preparation for mikva?

Answer

Men generally do not shave on chol hamoed. However, women may certainly shave or wax their legs and other body hair during chol hamoed in preparation for mikveh. There is a dispute amongst poskim whether a woman may shave during chol hamoed if she is not going to the mikveh.
