The possibility of being in the first weeks of pregnancy (i.e., more than a day past embryo transfer but prior to confirmation of pregnancy) does not generally release a woman from fasting. However, there is sometimes room for leniency on a minor fast day, depending on the situation. Please consult your physician about any particular concerns with you fasting and get back to us with details.
We wish you success with your procedure.
We also invite you to arrange a free consultation with a Yoetzet Halacha Fertility Counselor as you navigate treatment, details here.
